Spectrum360's Fall Wellness Challenge-Emotional & Occupational Wellness

Welcome to our first wellness challenge of the 2021-22 year!  The first challenge will run from October-December.  We want you to log ALL of your wellness activities here but our two themes for this challenge are emotional and occupational wellness so be sure to log activities that promote those kinds of wellness here as well.  

Here's how the challenge works:

1. Register for the challenge (free). 
2. Enter your wellness activities everyday. 

The activity must fall within one of the wellness domains (Emotional, financial, social, physical, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, or occupational). 
Each activity must be 30 minutes or more to count (you can combine multiple shorter activities just be sure to describe what you did in your note). 
Must be an activity outside your normal work or household routine/responsibilities.  For example taking an online cooking class would count but cooking dinner would not.S360 facilitated wellness activities count and should be logged if you attend.
3. All participants who log 200 or more minutes of wellness activities will be entered into a wellness raffle for a $25 gift card.

4. The top 10 finishers will all AUTOMATICALLY earn a $50 amazon gift card.
