Description
RUNTHISTOWN - Westfield is a structured workout schedule, informative (optional) classes and team socials designed to work off time not distance it's great for anyone who wants to reach the 5K distance or increase speed.
It's a great group of local guys & gals... we are really excited to be rolling into our second cycle of this starting August 4th. The course costs $50 and includes a team shirt, socks & all the extras mentioned above + a free Freshbox from Alan's Orchard in Westfield.
Our goal 5Ks are 9/15 Greta's Run- a new Westfield YMCA sponsored race.
9/21 Paul Jackson 5k @ Oak Ridge Park
Groups Meet Mondays @ 7pm - Tamaques Park
Optional Days Wednesday @ 7pm and Saturday 8:30 am at Westfield Running Company.
