Kyla has been thoughtful enough to engage in this community project which will benefit Gallant Heart!
Gallant Heart provides outdoor respite experiences serving as a complimentary and non-traditional approach to reduce the symptoms of stress and post-traumatic stress. These services lead to decompression, increased levels of positive emotion, increased social engagement, and restores resiliency which aids in reintegration with civilian society.
Gallant Heart could not provide for our participants without the help of patriots like Kyla!
