About the Slow AF Run Club Trick or Trot
Do you have what it takes to outrun the tricks and treat yourself to a win this October? Then it’s time lace up your sneakers and get ready for the Slow AF Run Club Trick or Trot–a virtual race that's perfect for anyone who loves Halloween!
This race is all about fun, so there are no rules and no limits. Just run, walk, or crawl your way to 5K or 10K and enjoy sweet victory (aka candy!)
The Trick or Trot is open to everyone, so gather your friends and family and see who can cross the finish line first. There's nothing like a little friendly competition to get you in the Halloween spirit! (Or you can always move together in a ghosty group! The more the scarier!)
This year we’re offering two distances: 5K and 10K
All you have to do is get moving between October 1 and October 31, 2022 and submit your results on the Race site!
Suit up in your sneakers and your best costume, and take place in this sweet event! It’s going to be spooktacular!

Their mission is to: "feed America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger." Logging your miles is simple!
Just: Go to the race website and log in (click user icon on top right corner)
Click on the "RESULTS" link in the main menu.
Click on "SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS"
Enter your first and last name to lookup registration.
Click "log activities"

We do our absolute best to ship medals within 4 to 6 weeks of the race being completed, but cannot guarantee shipment dates.
