Description
A morning for superhero runners. A morning for superhero families to have fun. Cayuga Centers 2nd annual Superhero 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run/Walk blasts off at Emerson Park in Auburn. Located on the shores of beautiful Owasco Lake, runners will love the in-the-park grass and pathway route along the shoreline, seawall and the historic Victorian pavilion and Merry-Go-Round Playhouse. This chip-timed race covers a fast flat course. The race start/finish and post-race activities offer lots of parking nearby. And it’s all within a Fingerlakes’ postcard setting – Emerson Park.

About Us
Who We Are
We are a network of services geared to supporting youth, families, and individuals who need help meeting the challenges of life. Our programs evolve with cultural and societal changes. Where we once served the orphaned or abandoned child, we now work with troubled youth and their families. We provide out-of-home care and treatment foster care. We provide in-home family therapy support and mental health intervention. We provide care coordination and other services to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers.
We serve children, families, and individuals who may have diverse challenges and needs from multiple systems. Based in New York State, and continuing our reach around the country, we are Cayuga Centers. We are here to listen to all the voices.
