Description
Are you ready for something truly legendary? Welcome to Marathon Murph, an unsanctioned, under-the-radar event designed to push you beyond your limits and leave you with epic stories for a lifetime. This isn’t just another race—this is the extended version of the iconic Murph workout, turned into a full marathon! Combining the endurance of a marathon with the strength of a CrossFit workout.
Here’s what you’re in for: 26.2 miles, 250 pull-ups, 500 push-ups, and 750 air squats. After every 1-mile run, you'll hit 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, and 30 squats before heading back out for another mile. Repeat this until you’ve conquered the full marathon distance.
Just you (and me), the workout, and some fuel and water to keep you going. It’s going to be raw, gritty, and unforgettable. You’ll push your body and mind to the limit, and when you cross that finish line, you'll have the ultimate bragging rights. The Marathon Murph will be a permanent highlight on your LIFE RESUME!
