Description
The Mad Cow 5 K for 2024 is back! And with a new twist!, Runners will have the option of running the last 3/4 mile through Nelson Swamp on DEC's brand new boardwalk and trail (ADA compliant, flat, and dry) to the finish line at the Nelson Town Hall.
In person registration and packet pickup will be at the Nelson Town Hall (4085 Nelson Rd. Cazenovia) from 7:15 am until 8:15 am. Race starts at 8:30 am. Parking is along the east side of Nelson Rd.
