Unity Drive Pre K/K Center PTA Fun Walk/Run Fundraiser Event

Unity Drive PTA is having a FUN WALK/RUN fundraiser for kids ages 3 to 11 years old on April 21, 2017.

What:  Fun Walk/Run Fundraiser for kids ages 3 to 11 years olds.  Race will take place at Unity Drive school fields.  Race entry includes bib, race entry on race course with clock and official finish line and an award finishing medal for each participant.  There will be four “waves” of varied distances based on the participants age.

Where:  Unity Drive Pre K/K Center- 11 Unity Drive, Centereach

When: Friday, April 21, 2017 at 6:30 pm (rain date –April 24, 2017)

Why:  All proceeds go to Unity Drive PTA while we have fun and get fit.

 Entry Fee:      $15.00 – There will be day of race registration

*****Registration will be open until race day UNLESS race fills to capacity before that date.****

ABOUT THE RACE:

Bib Pick up – At Unity Elementary school on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 5pm to 6:15 pm(sharp)

6:30 pm - Wave #1 (ages 3 to 4 years old) – 200 meters

6:35 pm – Wave #2 (ages 5 to 6 years old )- .25 of a mile (quarter of a mile)

6:45 pm – Wave #3 (ages 7 to 8 years old ) - .5 of a mile (half mile)

6:55 pm – Wave #4 – (ages 9 to 11 years old) – 1 mile
