Description
We are proud to announce the Count Down To Kickoff Puzzle Challenge. This virtual event is designed to keep us moving through the rest of the summer while we continue to work back towards the new normal.
This challenge is 60 days and starts on 7/15/2020 and goes through 9/13/2020 the currently scheduled first Sunday of the NFL season. The 60 days are divided into 4 quarters with each piece of the challenge being 15 miles or as little as 1 mile a day. You can run, jog or walk, we just want to see people get up and moving and have some fun with this.
You can accumulate the distance and time on your schedule, at your pace and at a location of your choice. The hope is everyone will want to participate to earn the next cool medal.
Start logging your time and distance on 7/15/2020 to begin your journey towards 60 miles/days and the start of September. For each quarter completed you will earn one puzzle piece that when complete will create the second coolest medal of the summer.
- Walk, jog or run any distance
- Log your time and distance as you go on your RunSignup Account
- When you complete a quarter move on to the next one.
- Have fun, stay safe at a distance and please be sure to adhere to the CDC guidelines and restrictions of your local municipality in regard to prevention of the spread of Novel Coronavirus.

Every Monday starting on 7/20/2020 through 9/14/2020 one lucky registered participant will be selected at random and will win a $50 Bonus Certificate To Dick’s Sporting Goods. There are 9 overall chances to win so increase your odds of winning by registering early.
You Will Make A Difference
We are going to continue our tradition that started in 2018 in helping the community fight heart disease in Western New York and raise money to benefit the best-in-class cardiac programs at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute. The money donated will be based on the number of participants and additional donations made. ❤️

- Heart Disease is the 2nd leading cause of premature death in all of WNY.
Cost To Participate
$65 plus shipping and handling if you want your medal & shirt mailed to you after 9/13/2020.
Note: Medals & shirts will be available for in store pick up at Runners Roost, Our Pacer sponsor after 9/13/2020.
100% of the proceeds will be used for event production, charitable donations and to offset production costs increases for the 2021 Marathon Weekend related to health and safety additions required in conjunction with the Novel Coronavirus.
