Welcome to the beautiful lakeside community of Findley Lake, NY. Just off of I-86, two hours south of Buffalo, NY, and 20 minutes from Erie, PA. Challenging and beautiful! No cut-off times.
IMPORTANT CHANGE TO 2023 - RACE WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY from THE CAMP AT FINDLEY.
Sprint & Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike:
SPRINT participants will begin with a 750m swim in the gorgeous Findley Lake. Then ride a hilly 14.44 mile bike course followed by a 5K run on the flat and fast roadway hugging the shore line of the lake.
The OLYMPIC participants will complete 2 loops of the swim and bike course. The 10K run will continue around the lake to their appropriate turnaround point.
Paratriathletes are welcomed!
Participants in the AquaBike competition will complete the event after the bike.
*Double Findley - Really challenge yourself with the Double Findley - Race the Sprint AND the Olympic Tri or AquaBike (all athletes must finish the Sprint that begins at 7:00am and be back to the start line for the 9:00am Olympic Tri). More swag and bigger bragging rights!
**Relay teams cannot compete in the Double Findley or the AquaBike.

Join us on Saturday evening for a fun pasta party at the race site catered by Super Duper Catering. $10 pre-sale tickets, $15 at the door. Family members and friends are welcome to join in.
A 750m course in the quiet waters of Findley Lake. You will swim around the island located off the shores of The Camp at Findley.
The Olympic triathletes will swim two loops of the course.
Wetsuits are legal but not mandatory.
You are welcome to wear a personal swim buoy if you are more comfortable. We would ask that you start at the back of the pack so as to not interfere with other swimmers.
Bike a beautiful loop course measuring 14.44 miles. A beautiful warm-up along the lake turns into a challenging and fun hilly course with gorgeous views of the quiet countryside. **Olympic distance competitors will do two loops of the bike course:
LOUD Performance will be onsite pre-race for minor bike maintenance.
SAG vehicle on the course will be provided by Pearl City Cycle.
There is no aid station on the bike course. There will be one in transition before you head out.
*Olympic course will NOT go back to the starting point but rather bypass Sunnyside Lane as they head out to the 2nd loop.
The course is mostly flat as it follows along the lake shore.
SPRINT racers will turn around at the 1.55 mile marker and OLYMPIC runners will continue on around the end of the lake to the 3.1 mile mark and turn around.
Fully stocked aid stations with Hammer Nutrition products at every mile.

This race is a USAT-sanctioned event. Participants must be current USAT members or purchase a one-day membership for $15 during registration.
A portion of your registration fee will be donated to The Camp at Findley and the Findley Lake Watershed
Schedule of Events:
Saturday ~ 3pm - 8pm - Packet Pick Up and bike drop off at race site (not mandatory). Overnight security is provided.
5pm - 7pm - Pasta Party. Come and go as you wish at the race site. $10 Pre-sale tickets are available as an add-on during registration. Will be available at the door for $15. All family members and friends are welcomed.

Race T-shirts are only guaranteed for those registered one month prior to the event. Unisex, Ladies Cut, Tank Tops offered.
Food prepared onsite by Super Duper Catering. FREE to all athletes and volunteers. Available to spectators for purchase with cash only.
COURSE SUPPORT:
Water & Hammer Nutrition products at start/finish, transition and every mile on the run course.
No fluids are offered on the bike course. There is an aid station within transition.
Port-a-johns at race start/finish
Light bike maintenance will be provided by LOUD Performance
SAG vehicle on course provided by Pearl City Cycles.
PARKING:
Free parking will be at the race site at The Camp at Findley.
A relay team can be made up of two or three individuals. Relay teams are not offered for the AquaBike or the Double Findley.

Individuals registering for a triathlon relay team will complete:
Relay teams only compete against other relay teams. Teams can be made up of any gender and/or age.
We award Top 3 Relay Teams.
All members of the relay team will receive the race giveaways, finisher medal, and all post-race food
