Description
CALLING ALL RUNNERS!
Celebrate the bewitching season with Little Falls' annual Zombie Run, presented by Think Local Little Falls & Little Falls Family YMCA. Students of Little Falls High School's National Honor Society will transform into scary zombies to "chase" participants through a 3-mile run along the canal trail.
The event kicks off at 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, beginning on West Shore Road. Online registration is $20, and race-day registration is $25 (4:30 PM). The first 20 registrants will receive a free shirt, sponsored by Herkimer County Hunger Coalition.
Funds raised from this event benefit Sitrin’s Military Rehabilitation Program, which provides complimentary care to post-9/11 veterans who experience depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and other combat-related conditions.
