FREEDOM, FITNESS, And FUN !!!
Lace up the running shoes and come join us for the 1st Annual Fun Freedom Eagle Run on July 7th (Sunday), in Syracuse at Onondaga Lake!
Beastmode Running is partnering up with Team RWB. Team RWB is a community of veterans, service members, military families, and supporters, united by teamwork, shared values, and a common goal. Their goal is to help veterans lead healthier lives through fitness events, training, and programs.

RWB 7.4 FREEDOM Challenge: All Runners will run the 5k Run Course. A Complementary Fresh Squeezed Lemonade will be provided after the 5k event for all runners doing this challenge. Then you will join up with TEAM RWB and complete an additional fun 4.2 miles.

Freedom 5k Race Course:
Flat, certified (NY18059JG) out and back course along the East Shore of Onondaga Lake. Start at Willow Bay, turn around near the Yacht Club, and finish at Willow Bay. To get to the start, enter the park via Long Branch Road. Race Course Certification (Click Here)
