Encompass Recreation + NTC Contracting Bowling

Encompass Recreation is proud to partner with Lewis Lanes to offer an Exceptional Bowling event!

This sensory friendly event is intended for all exceptional youth ages 2 through high school with higher support needs. Immediate family/caretaker members may join us for lunch and to watch their family member bowl (only bowling shoes *or clean and dry sneakers* are allowed past a certain point). Each exceptional child will receive 1 FREE game of bowling with shoe rental included. *Clean, dry sneakers (that the participant did not wear to the event) or bowling shoes are required to bowl.*

We will also feature our Platinum Property Services "Chill Zone" for when you need a little break from the excitement.

This event is FREE thanks to NTC Contracting and our other generous sponsors.

**Depending on the number of participants, we may need to divide our bowlers into 2 separate groups. Lunch will be provided. Families with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food to the event. **

PARENTS/CAREGIVERS:  

• If you and your immediate family would like to watch your child, enter the number of people in your party (including your child) so we can plan accordingly for the lunch. 
• If you are registering more than one child with higher support needs, they each need to be registered separately to receive the FREE game and shoe rental. Because we understand that some children may not be able to tolerate wearing the standard bowling shoes, Lewis Lanes is allowing us to make a few modifications to their normal guidelines. Anyone using the lanes (either a child or parent that is assisting their child) if they are unable to tolerate the standard issued bowling shoes may be permitted to wear a pair of clean and dry sneakers during bowling, however, these shoes cannot be the same shoes that are worn to the event.
