The Empire State Ride (ESR) is a 500+ mile cycling adventure from New York City to Niagara Falls to raise funds for cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York, America’s first cancer center. Cyclists of all experience levels do this ride. They discover the hidden beauty of New York State, while raising funds dedicated to finding cancer cures.
