Welcome to Pine Plains, New York. 2 hours north of NYC and halfway between the Hudson River and the New York/Connecticut border. You will find plenty of rolling hills and serene landscapes tucked into this historical small town.
Sprint Triathlon & AquaBike:
Swim Course: 1/2 mile swim in the calm waters of Stissing Lake. Paratriathletes are welcomed! A super event for relay teams of 2 or 3.
Participants in the Aqua Bike competition will complete the event after the bike. Finish times are recorded as participants racks their bikes and make it to the Finish Line. There are no relay team entries for the AquaBike.
Bike Course: This hilly, winding course will make you wish you had time to stop and take in the views. Markings on the pavement at each turn as well as lots of signs and helpful volunteers will take you on 16.5 mile hilly ride.

At TRIANGLE stay RIGHT onto County Route 7
Turn RIGHT onto Gallatinville Rd.
At TRIANGLE stay LEFT onto Sigler Rd.
Sigler Rd. becomes Hall Hill Rd.
Turn HARD LEFT onto Dam Rd. (Hoffman Rd. goes RIGHT)
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 82
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 199
Turn LEFT onto Poplar Ave.
Turn RIGHT onto Stissing Ave.
At Beach Rd. (LEFT) and Lake Shore Dr. (RIGHT) GO STRAIGHT!!!
Turn LEFT onto Beach Rd. and enter T2
SAG vehicle on course.
Run Course: Complete your race with a 3.3 mile loop around the lake. Fully stocked aid stations at every mile marker on the course with Hammer Nutrition products and more.

Sunday - 8:00am - Sprint Triathlon (Individuals and Relay Teams) & AquaBike

Individualized certificates will be emailed to each winner in each category above.

Beer Zone supplied by Southern Tier Brewing Company (must be 21 years of age)
Post race BBQ provided by Wilson Endurance Sports and local restaurants. (Will depend where we are with Covid on what is offered.).
All races are USAT sanctioned and all rules and regulations apply, and there will be no refunds for this event or bib transfers. Race is held Rain or Shine. It is the participants responsibility to know the rules for an event sanctioned by USA Triathlon.
If not a current USAT member you will be required to purchase one day event coverage during registration. $15 for Adults, $10 for 17 & Under.
**Please note that with assuming Covid restrictions will be in place for 2021 - there will be NO race day registration. Protocols will be outlined in an updated Athlete Guide that will be published closer to race day.
There is NO refund for this event. However, with ADVANCE notice, you may defer to another Wilson Endurance Sports event or next years race. You must speak with Tonia Wilson directly via email at email@example.com 716-353-1288.
