Fleet Feet Frozen 5k Race Series presented by Adirondack Coast Events

Race Series Information:  Join Fleet Feet and Adirondack Coast Events for our annual four-race 5k series this winter!  Accrue points in each race to become race series champion!  Register for all 4 events in the Frozen 5K Series for $57!  Save $23 bucks by registering for the entire series at once instead of each individual race. Plus, the first 75 series registrants get a pretty sweet limited-edition Adirondack Coast Events running shirt in honor of our fifth year of service to the Adirondack Coast. And remember, partial proceeds will benefit four charities: the North Country Food Shelf, the SPCA, the  Rouses Point Fire Department, and CVPH Foundation. Shamrock Shuffle Information: Third Annual! Kick-off your St. Patrick's Day festivities with the Shamrock Shuffle 5k! It starts and finishes at Valcour Brewing Company in a two-loop race that creates a flat, fast 5k route! Wear your green running gear, leprechaun hats and bring your shillelagh's! AND... don't forget to stick around for great food and green beer! The first 50 finishers (21+) get a free beer, courtesy of Valcour Brewing! All proceeds of this race benefit the CVPH Foundation!
