Sick of being cooped up? Well, this virtual race promises to be one of your favorites! Run any day and any time that works for you between May 8 and June 8. Race participants will be mailed an ADKStrong t-shirt which will be mailed after June 8th, 2020.
Headquarters for this race is in Raquette Lake NY where all the fans cheering are animals, literally. (Birds, deer, squirrels, bear etc). If you run without headphones - you can really hear them!
Want to make this more challenging? Every half a mile do 5 burpees, 5 push-ups and 5 air squats. (totally optional, but are you ADK STRONG?
A donation from the proceeds of this race will be sent to Utica College Volleyball.
