Description
Fleet Feet Sports Speed Camp
Do you feel the need for speed? Want to work on your strong finishing kick at the end of a race? Do you just want to get faster? This speed camp will meet once a week and will provide runners who have a good running base to supplement a speed workout into their training schedule. This 6 week program starting September 16th will train and prepare you to add speed to your current workouts and prepare you for the Pumpkins in the Park 5K on October 25th.
Program Requirements
Must have a current running base of at least 10-15 miles per week
Must be able to run a 14:00 minute mile or faster
Must be able to a sub 42:00 minute 5K or looking to run a sub 42:00 minute 5K by the end of the program
Program Includes
One weekly coached session (Tuesdays 5:45PM Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory)
Form Drills
Weekly emails from your coach
Weekly Educational Sessions at the end of the workout
