Description
Let Fleet Feet Sports help you meet your 2015 fitness goals with our Winter Yoga Session. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine as well as a way to focus and relaz. It is a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength.
What to expect
This yoga class is intended to introduce the student to power yoga. This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in an effort to restore balance. Students will be taught various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out practice we will take savasana, a restorative pose which will allow the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.
Winter Session
Our Winter Session will be a 5 class session over 6 weeks (No Class Sunday February 8th) week program meeting every Sunday from 12:30PM-1:30PM running from January 18th thru February 22nd .The session will be capped at 25 participants
