House of Mercy Virtual 5k

The House of Mercy 5k is a weeklong fundraiser event to raise money for the the homeless shelter for it's "35 years of  Radical Compassion". Due to COVID-19 the event will be held virtually from September 26, 2021 to October 2, 2021. Participants can use their smartwatches and free run tracking apps like Strava to time and measure their race/walk. All of the proceedings from this event will benefit the House of Mercy Rochester. "Food. Shelter. Clothing. Serious substance abuse treatment. Spiritual services. Advocacy assistance. Drop-in emergency services. And so much more. Every day, all day, in ways big and small, we serve Rochester’s people in need."
