Description
Strengthening our bodies is the best way to stay injury-free as runners. Running form is greatly improved with a stronger core and adding body weight exercises is very helpful in weight management.
This interval style workout is great for runners and non runners alike, integrating cardio, strength and core with some great, inspiring music!
Please bring a yoga/exercise mat, hand weights (2-10#) and a bottle of water. Also, if snowy and wet outside, change into your workout shoes after you arrive;)
A portion of class fees will be donated to the church's Uplift Renovation Project, making the building more accessible. You can read more about this project here: https://www.upliftrenovation.org/
Pay Per Class
If you can't make all 4 classes and would like to pay per class, email Kelly to let her know which Sunday classes you'd like to attend, and pay when you go. Per class fee is $10.
