Description

Please join us Monday December 15th for our Women's Winter Workshop. We will start with a Group Run at 6 pm which will be led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.

Afterwards, there will be a discussion on winter training (including snowshoeing) and a fashion show of new cold weather items. Refreshments will be served and there is no charge to attend.
