Do you know someone who could use some support in their wellness journey? Or maybe you are looking for a little extra accountability in your journey. 

 

Work together and get fit!!!

 

The BCF Training Steps Challenge is back for April but with a twist. This time it is a partners steps challenge. 

Teams of two will work together to accumulate steps. So, grab your workout buddy, friend, parent, spouse, sibling – whoever will best hold you accountable.

Who can participate?

This challenge is open to anyone.  

When is the challenge?

Challenge begins Thursday, April 1

Challenge ends Friday, April 30

What is the step goal?

There is no magic number; however, research has shown that taking 10,000 steps a day (roughly five miles) will keep you on the path toward good health. You can get your steps in by walking, jogging, running, or even dancing. Just be active get those feet moving.

What can I win?

Prizes from NIKE, Starbucks, Chipotle, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and BCF Training available!

Grand prize for the team logging the most steps for the entire challenge.

Top 3 teams receive prizes.

Special weekly “mini challenges” with great prizes.

Private Facebook group will include daily group check-ins and motivation. 

Most importantly, you win the opportunity for improved health!

BCF Training Accountability April Partners Steps Challenge

 

Registration is open now until 11:59 PM EST Wednesday, March 31

·         Registration is $12 per person

·         You will be emailed information on how to complete registration for the step tracking app Count.IT

·         Steps will be tracked through the app via smartphone. The app supports both iPhone and Anriod, so nobody gets left behind! 

·         Certain smartphones have health and step tracking devices built-in through downloadable apps, where you can use your cell phone as a pedometer

·         If you use a wearable fitness device, make sure it syncs to your phone to count steps.
