Help Keep Matt's Memory Alive by Completing 22 Miles in August. 

This challenge can be completed SOLO or with a TEAM and it begins August 1, 2021. You can WALK, RUN, HIKE and/or BIKE this challenge and you'll have until August 31, 2021 to complete the challenge.​ You can participate from anywhere in the world!

All proceeds will benefit The Matthew Wallace Foundation scholarships and community outreach initiatives.

*Formally MWF22in22, we have rebranded to MWFCHA22ENGE out of respect for Veteran-related “22in22” challenges and causes. 

SOLO CHALLENGER:

You must complete ALL the miles entirely on your own between August 1st and August 31st.

TEAM CHALLENGER:

You can have a team of up to 6 people. Teams must complete the challenge between August 1st and August 31st.

Team members can help each other complete their portion of the challenge. (This allows children and other adults to participate)

Team members' shirts will be mailed to the team captain in the mail!

THE CHALLENGE SPECIFICS

Miles from all other Challenges & Races WILL COUNT towards this goal! 

TEAMS: If you'd like to complete this challenge with friends, you can create a team of up to 6 people! You can name your team anything you'd like. The mileage tracking system will keep track of your team's total miles and time. Each team member must register and will receive their own Medal and commemorative items in the mail. 

ACTIVITIES FOR MILEAGE: You can choose to walk, run, hike and/or bike this challenge. You can combine different activities to complete your challenge. 

Last Day to register: August 22, 2021

  • Running
  • Walking
  • Biking
  • Stationary Bike
  • Treadmills
  • Rollerblades/Skates
  • Swimming

SHIPPING: FREE shipping for USA orders. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email.

TRACKING/RESULTS: For tracking your distance and time, you can use whatever app or system that works best for you (Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, etc). Once you register, you'll be able to MANUALLY log all of your miles through your RunSignUp account until you complete the challenge. We'll track your progress and you can see how all the other participants are doing as well. Leaderboard will be based on distance, not pace! This is about endurance, not speed. To keep it flexible for all of the participants, we are not requiring you to sync or upload your .FIT or GPX files! Your mileage entries will be manual and you can use whatever tracking or fitness app you'd like.
