Description

Program designed to prepare you for the Rubber City Thirsty Dog 8K, June 27th

If you can run or run/walk for 2 miles and have always wanted to run more than a 5K this program is for you!

We will gradually build on your current fitness level to enable you to run this AWESOME new race in Akron and be a part of the Rubber City Race Series.
