DogTap Historic Canal 4 Miler

We accept our invitation to this years DogTap Historic Canal  4 Miler on Sunday, June 19th at 4pm. This years event celebrates Franklin County's last covered bridge and one of Canal Winchesters historical landmarks. Best of all, its sponsored by BrewDog (King of Craft Beer). Our swag consists of great looking race shirts with a custom medal and a nice and refreshing beer at the finish line. Following the race plan on sticking around for great fun and food at BrewDog. Great way to end the weekend. Walkers friendly!

This event celebrates a craft beer revolution that are founding fathers would have been proud to recognize. The event seeks to bring together Central Ohio beer lovers who might appreciate a little exercise too! 

When:  Sunday, June 19th @ 4pm

Where:  Brew Dog located at 96 Gender Rd in Canal Winchester

What You Get:  Custom technical shirt, finisher medal with ribbon, chip timing, complimentary BREW DOG CRAFT BEER (or soft drink) when you cross the finish line, finish line food and beverage. 

Awards:  The top 3 male and female finishers in each age division and the top 3 overall will be eligible for a customized, personalized plaque.  Final results will be posted soon after the race. Once the results are final  winners with an interest in a plaque should contact linda@ultrafit-usa.com before June 26th. Plaques will be MAILED!. . 

Packet Pick-Up:  Packet pick-up for the event will open at 2:30pm inside the lobby of BrewDog.

Anyone that donates (cash or items) to our partner Garrett Recovery will be eligible to win a free Ultrafit-USA race included on our 2022 schedule of events.   The winner will be notified after the race and may collect a code for a free 2022 race. CHARITABLE PARTNER:  Ultrafit-USA has teamed up with GARRETT RECOVERY for this event.
Garrett Recovery is located on the West side of Columbus and serves the Hilltop area. Garrett Recovery offers safe, secure and supportive sober living and recovery and also operates the HOPE drop-in center that provides clothing, meals, health care and support for the women of the streets who continue to struggle with addiction.

Garrett works tirelessly every day to meet the needs of these lost women, but they need our help. If you are able to provide a cash donation, know that every dollar helps. Or you may bring the following much needed items to the race and we will provide them to the organization.

Items of current need: Travel size toiletries, deodorant, individual wet wipes , feminine wipes, new or gently sneakers, shoes bras, underwear, jeans, leggings, purses, backpacks and drawstring bags (like those issued as swag bags for many race events).  Finally, ready to serve meals like chicken salad/crackers, bars and small bags of chips/snacks/nuts.
