6th Annual MSJ 5K

Join us on a Saturday, 9/23 for a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.

Course:
5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
Divisions:
17 and under, 18-24, 25-49, 50-64, 65 and older.
Awards Recognition:
Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
Pre-Race activities:
Pre-race music and entertainment starting at 8:00 a.m.
Post Race Celebration:
Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available

T-Shirts:
All participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 9/1/23 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 9/1/23 will receive a shirt while supplies last.
Note: All registrations are to be done online including race day.
No Sweat Option:
Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option". We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support.

Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 10 am - 2pm in Harrington Center Lobby
Friday, September 22, 2023 from 2pm - 6pm in Harrington Center Lobby
Race Day Check in and Packet Pick up:
7:30 am - 8:15 am in Seton Center Lobby.

CHIP TIMING
This year's race will be accurately professionally and accurately "chip-timed" by Running Time Race Timing using MyLaps disposable Bib Tag technology.The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
