Sunset Sprint 5K/10K

Race the sunset along Cleveland’s scenic shore of Lake Erie during Sunset Sprint 5K/10K at Cleveland Metroparks Edgewater Park. Join us for this chip-timed race featuring the unique opportunity to run or walk at sunset at one of Cleveland’s most iconic parks.

New this year: we've added a 1-Mile Fun Run presented by Dover Home Remodelers

Start Time
5:30PM: 1-Mile Fun Run
6PM: 5K Run
6PM: 10K Run
*Packet Pick-Up will be available starting at 4 p.m. to race start.

Participants Swag: Registration for the first 300 participants will include:

• Race t-shirt
• Official Sunset Sprint Race Bib
• Chip-timing for the 5k and 10k
• Beverage voucher courtesy of Beverage Distributors (to be used post-race)
• Ice cream voucher for Honey Hut Ice Cream

• Awards for top three (3) finishers in each age group for the 5k and 10k: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+ 

Registration
On-site registration will be available at Edgewater Park – Lower Level on Thursday, Sept. 8 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 9 at 4 p.m. 

All mailed entries must be received by Sept. 7, 2022. Checks are payable to Hermes Sports & Events and must be mailed to:

On-site Registration/ Packet Pickup
On-site registration and packet pickup is available at Edgewater Park – Lower Level on Thursday, Sept. 8 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 9 at 4 p.m.
