Event Description
- 3 Different 5K Loops
- 50 Minutes to complete Each Loop
- The next lap starts exactly 50 minutes after the prior loop
- Participants who do not finish in a loop in 50 minutes will be eliminated
- You must complete all 10 Loops to complete the event
- All Finishers, including 2026 Pack Pass Members, will receive a custom Finisher’s medal
- All Finishers, including 2026 Pack Pass members, will receive a code to order a $10 custom tri-blend finishers shirt
- First lap starts at 9 am Eastern time
- Course closes at 5:20 PM
- Aid station support
- Complementary drinks and pizza at the finish
- This event is included in the 2026 Pack Pass
- Free group camp access for 2026 Pack Pass members
Pack pass members must email or text us by April 1st if they want to receive a race-specific custom medal.

Every participant receives a custom race medal (Pack Pass members receive one race medal per Pass year), a custom race bib, a custom race sticker, a gel, fizz, tangy candy, aid station support, a certified course, and recorded/published results.
Hueston Woods State Park Mountain Bike Trailhead is located near the campground, off of Hedgerow Road. Races DO NOT start at the lodge or park office.
8:15 at the Hueston Woods Mountain Bike Trailhead for the Mad Maple 50K.
9:15 at the Hueston Woods Mountain Bike Trailhead for standard races.
No, however, our finish line for this particular event closes at 4 pm on Saturday and 2 pm on Sunday for "standard" races and 5:20 pm for the Mad Maple 50K.
Yes. You can register at the race. We accept exact cash, or you can register via our website.
Yes. All courses have at least one water stop. We try to locate the supplies 1/2 way through the course, but that is not always possible, so we place the station as close as possible to 1/2 way.
Yes! They are located at the start/finish area. The restrooms are outhouse-style; flush restrooms are available in the nearby campground.
Yes. Leashed pets are always welcome.
Yes. So that you know, we often have volunteers on the course to help with verbal instructions. Please remove or silence your headphones to receive proper instruction.
