Sprint for Survival: A Virtual Race Supporting Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer

Please join us in helping raise money and awareness for Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer's mission to help young patients afford medical care!

The challenges of connecting with one another on a national level and supporting the things we hold dear in the cancer community are not always easy to address. Our staff, volunteers, and donors have worked creatively to serve young patients (ages 21-40) experiencing financial hardship due to illness, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that these patients have what they need to stay healthy and thrive. 

Now you can help too!

Join Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer as we run and walk to distribute dignity to patients across our state. Choose your distance from 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or Family Fun Run, and commit to covering your miles throughout the month of August 2023. Run or walk where and when you want, cover your miles all at once or in segments, and report back to us when you're done. 

Want to include the whole family? A no-cost, kid-friendly 1-mile fun run is also available!

**All participants paid and registered by August 1 will receive a race tee shirt. Registrations after August 1 will receive a tee shirt while supplies last. Virtual packages will be shipped out 9/1/23.

Step 1: Get psyched, grab friends and family to join you, and sign up right here!

Step 2: Grab your water and comfortable shoes and get out there! You can walk/run at the park, along your favorite route, anywhere you like. Please be sure to follow all traffic rules!

Step 3: Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture of your crew using the hashtag #TBBCsprintforsurvival

Step 4: Return here to update your race time any time before 8/31/23 at 11:59 pm.

Tee shirts will be mailed out to all finishing racers with paid registrations! Cumulative fundraising awards include:

Fundraise $200 and get your race fee refunded + one entry into our iPad raffle
Fundraise $300 and receive your race price refunded + three entries into our iPad raffle
Fundraise $500 and get a complimentary ticket to any future TBBC event in 2023 + your race price refunded +  five entries into our iPad raffle
One additional iPad raffle ticket will be entered on your behalf for every $100 raised over $500

Event Refund Policy:

Because this is a fundraising event, all registrations are final. There are no cancellations, deferments or transfers. Event will take place over the month of August 2023 rain or shine. There will be no refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise, refunds will not be provided.
