Kidron Village 5K

The Village of Kidron and its merchants invite you to the 1st annual Kidron Village 5k. Come enjoy an October morning in all its Autumn splendor. This chip-timed multi-surface running event will take you through the beautiful village of Kidron, located in Ohio's Amish countryside. The route winds through downtown, the Kidron Park and the historic Sonnenburg Village. The route includes grass, dirt and gravel trails, and paved roads. Walkers are welcome.

The race is sponsored by the Kidron Merchants and other local businesses. This year's race will benefit the local Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD). You can also donate to the Kidron Volunteer Fire Department by clicking on the donate tab! Race start/finish is in the front parking lot of Lehman's right on the square in Kidron. Parking located behind the Lehman's store.

Your 5k registration includes: unique route, goodie bag, and after race refreshments. All runners and walkers preregistered by September 23rd will receive a short-sleeve T-shirt. Shirts may still be available for those registering after this point, but there is no guarantee and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male/female finishers, as well as the top female/male in each of the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.
