Event Description
Race begins at Ashtabula County Metroparks’ Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metropark and ends at Lake Metroparks’ Hidden Valley Park in Madison. Race course is 8.5 miles.
MADDEST HAT CONTEST
Are you mad? (All racers qualify!) Design a hat (or some sort of river-worthy headgear) and wear it April 25. The “maddest hat” wins a prize! The more creative, the better— just go crazy! Hats must be worn during the race and fit under bridges (clearance approx. 140 ft.).
