Description
This focused conditioning is intended for kids ages 8-14 who are looking to gain endurance, increase strength, and build confidence.
Conditioning is from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks. Come ready to run!
Conditioning will help those kids who are interested in gaining experience before cross country or some added training for those kids who are between sports seasons.
Conditioning will be held at:

Fee is $45 - Includes Tech Tee & Cinch Bag
Families with multiple kids in the program will pay $40 per child (2 kids or more)
