Description
The inaugural Run the World - Stark race is the second race put together by Run the World at Kent State University. It is organized by Kent State - Stark, the colleges within Kent State University, and the Office of Global Education to raise money for study abroad student scholarships. Over the past two years Run the World has been able to give $18,000 in scholarships for students to study abroad.
The inaugural Run the World - Stark race will take place on Saturday, April 15 at 8:30 a.m. on the Kent State - Stark campus.
Packet pick-up will take place starting at 7:00 a.m. on race day in the Recreation and Wellness Center.
Kent State Students: Registration for the race will also include you in a chance to win one of multiple $1,000 scholarships toward a study abroad experience. The study abroad program must be a Kent State or exchange program. See the Office of Global Education to determine if your interested program qualifies. Students must register for the race to be qualified.
