Dave's XC Tune-Up

Dave's 2018 XC Tune-Up is pleased to announce our partnership with Lourdes University! Our 1 night Tune-Up will offer everything from Training Tips and Olympic Athletes to a Paced 5K through Lourdes Campus. This 1 evening event offers:

-Guest Speakers: Rachel Kinsman 7x NCAA All-American and ONLY 4 time 1600M and 3200M Ohio State Champ in History and Olympic Trials Qualifier, Evan Gaynor Olympic Trials Qualifier and D3 Ohio High School XC State Champ 2005, Bob Masters Olympic Trials Qualifier, Dave Espinoza Lourdes University Head XC Coach

-Training Tips, Good Form Running Clinic, Dynamic Warm-up, Tune-Up Tee Shirt, Family Style Cookout

-5K with Pace Groups. Race is designed to see where athletes are to start their season. Not an all out race. 

-Event Capped at 250 participants
