5K For Domestic Violence Awareness

Announcing the first annual Joy Center 5K for domestic violence. The 5K will take place October 17th, 2015 at the Fulton County Fair Grounds. This 5K is being organized by The Joy Center for Women’s Ministry, the Joy Center is located at 410 N. Shoop Ave., Wauseon, Ohio, 43567. The Joy Center for Women’s Ministry offers support for women who are going through domestic violence as well as other situations; all support is by trained volunteer women who have gone through similar problems. We decided to organize a 5K to help gain an awareness of domestic violence in Northwest Ohio and Fulton County. All proceeds will go to the Joy Center for Women’s Ministry in their outreach to the area. The 5K will begin at 9AM rain or shine, onsite registration will be accepted starting at 8AM.
