Go The Extra Mile For The Vets 5K - In Support of the Veteran Low to High Challenge

Go the extra mile in support of Wounded Warriors, Transitioning Combat Veterans, and Children of Fallen Military Service Members!

Orion International is the Nation's leading provider of career transition services to military veterans and the only provider of best-in-class military talent programs to the Nation's top employers.

As part of a 2014 initiative to raise $100,000 for charitable veterans' organizations, Orion International is hosting a series of 5K runs across the countries during the months of August and September. On September 6, join Orion's Midwest office in West Chester, OH to "Go The Extra Mile For The Vets." Proceeds will directly benefit our partner Veterans Organizations - Operation Military Embrace, Children of Fallen Patriots, and Warrior HIke. 

The culminating event of Orion's fundraising initiative is a 130 mile, 7-day trek, from the lowest point in the United States (282 feet below sea level at Bad Water Basin, Death Valley National Park) to the peak of Mt. Whitney (14,778 feet above sea level).  This will be completed by a team of Orion International staff, key donors, and military veterans. This is the true Low to High Challenge.
