Description

Starting a new fitness routine can be overwhelming! We believe everyone can be a runner. All you have to do is go about it the right way. Is motivation an issue? Running with a group may be all you need. Making a date to meet a group of people will increase your likelihood of actually getting your runs in. We will be your cheering section, your support system and as well as your new FAMILY and FRIENDS. Our be bold. Twenty-RUN WILD! Training program will be a great way to get started toward your fitness lifestyle and running routine or take your running to the next level. We are more than just a running program! Let be bold. Running help you with your goals.


Program Dates: Tuesday, January 11, 2021 through Thursday, February 25, 2021 (including be bold. Twenty-RUN WILD! 5 mile race on Saturday February 27, 2021)

Program Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 6PM at Oklahoma Christian University Fitness Eagle Trail. 
Program Fee:

$135 EARLY BIRD PRICING through Jan. 2, 2021 11:59pm

Jan. 3, 2021 12:00am through Jan. 11, 2020 - $150 + processing fees (Includes be bold. Twenty-RUN WILD! 5 mile race on Sat. Feb, 27)
Description: be bold. Twenty-RUN WILD! training is a USATF/RRCA coached & organized group training program combining running and strength training.  


Who is it for? 
* ANYONE and EVERYONE. We will work with anyone from all fitness levels. If you are looking for fun and structure in your running and fitness, come join us and work hard for 7 weeks and see amazing results! 

*MIDDLE SCHOOL and HIGH SCHOOL athletes looking to prepare for spring track!
