Description
Turkey Trot 5K is an event where all profits go to a local nonprofit state certified human trafficking relief and restoration center called The Dragonfly Home. During this event, we are helping raise awareness of fighting hunger by donating canned foods. All canned foods will be donated to the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. The event will be located on campus, the University of Oklahoma. The Turkey Trot 5K loves the festive season, so dress up in festive colors and clothing to win prizes.
The runner with the best time for the 5K will receive prizes from local companies in support of Dragonfly Home. There will be 4 categories; ages 17 and younger Male/ Female, ages 18 and older Male/ Female, Best Duo, and most Festive Wear.
