Description
We are so excited to have Coach Austin facilitate an Open Water Swim (OWS) Clinic for our team! This clinic will be about an 1-1.5 hour clinic with time to practice skills learned in the open water.
Who is this clinic for:
- You have never done an OWS race and want to learn more
- You have done OWS race but not very confident in open water
- You are comfortable with OWS but but you want to develop more open water racing skills
Minimum requirements:
- Tulsa Area Triathlete Member
- Comfortable swimming 400 meters without stopping
- Have a swim buoy or will have one by 5/31/24 - Our sponsor RunnersWorld Tulsa has them in stock and you get a discount
We will split into two groups to be able to coach at your OWS swim level. Most likely a beginners group and and advance group to accommodate everyone!
