Description
Saturday, October 5, 2019
1969 was monumental for several reasons: Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon, the Beatles had their last public appearance, the Trans AM was introduced, and Bill Weber opened up a carbon steel tubing manufacturing plant in Sand Springs, OK. That facility, our Southwest Tube Manufacturing plant was the beginning of our mission to create a vibrant company for the ages. Our 50th Anniversary celebration is just another milestone in our "Forever" mission.
Webco has grown from a small manufacturing plant with a handful of employees to a company that employs well over 1,000 employees. We have also developed an endless number of customer and vendor partnerships that have helped us thrive. A big part of that success is due to the relationships that have developed over the years within those partnerships, as well as our communities. We want to show our appreciation by inviting you and your family to our 50-year Celebration at the Case Community Park on Saturday, October 5, 2019. The celebration will begin at 3 pm with inflatables (Fun Zone), carnival games, live music (Sail Cats), food trucks, and fireworks at dusk.
Along with our celebration, we are collaborating with several businesses to host Webco’s “Forever” 5K and Fun Run to support education in our communities of Sand Springs, OK; Kellyville, OK; Mannford, OK; Tulsa, OK; Oil City/Reno, PA; and Orange, TX. We are looking forward to a fun-filled day and can’t wait to see you there!
