Description
The Oregon Mid-valley Road Race is a premiere running event held annually on Thanksgiving morning featuring 'The Gobbler's Revenge' running events. Organized by the Corvallis Lions Club this chip timed event raises funds for the Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation whose mission is "To screen, treat, save, and restore sight and hearing, in partnership with Lions Clubs, in order to prevent blindness and deafness for those in need".
The three 'Gobbler's Revenge' running events include a 1/2 marathon and 10k and 5k events. The inclusion of a 2.5 mile walk make this a complete family fun event! Cash and prizes are awarded. Visit the Oregon Mid Valley Road Race website for details, current fees and to register online.
