Description
Welcome to Athena, Oregon! This quiet little town is the perfect location for a run. Athena's Own Rockin' run is an evening run to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation . In addition to this being a great opportunity to raise money for a wonderful organization, this is also a senior project!
Because this takes place in the evening, runners are encouraged to wear fun, bright colors! Participants in the run will not only receive the joy that only a good run brings, but they will also get to enjoy a concert to follow the run! In addition, runners will enjoy an array of refreshments including apples, oranges, water, Gatorade, and baked goodies. The top males and females in every age category, as well as the overall winners of each race, will receive medals.
