Description
This year's run is named in memory of the founder of the annual Butterfly Run, John Bradley. There will be the usual 5 & 10k run events and the 5k walk. Pre-registration form available May 1 on this page or contact ECEC at butterfly@rconnects.com. The course starts at ECEC's native garden, winds through Elkton on the riverwalk trail, crosses Elk CreeK and the Umpqua River then returns to ECEC. The opening event of the all day Blooms & Butterflies celebration, the run is followed by kids activities, book sale, music performances, craft booths and a BBQ dinner at Ft Umpqua. This event is a fun run5k with the 10k for more serious competitors.
