Event Description:
Start the new year with a scenic run or walk in this unique event. You can choose to participate on New Year's Eve or on New Year's Day or BOTH! Post event celebration, refreshments & special bar pricing hosted by McGrath's Fish House on NYD this year! New benefiting partner in 2014/2015 - RELAY FOR LIFE - Luminaria will be lighting the darkest sections of the course, for your viewing pleasure & safety.
Event Challenge:
Participants completing both events will be eligible for extra awards, based upon the cummulative time from each event. These awards will not be presented on race day. There are three combinations of event doubles: 1) Run both 5K events (10K total), 2) Run one 5K event and one 10K event (15K total), and 3) Run both 10K events (20K total).
Distances:
This event features a 10K (6.2 mile) and 5K (3.1 mile) run or walk.

Valley River Inn - Eugene, Oregon.
