Description
What better place than the Oregon Coast for puddle jumping or a really great run. This 5K run/walk will be a celebration! This year Coastal Fitness celebrates 30 years of lifting lives. Don those running shoes or rubber boots and join us. Warm up with us at 9:30, run or walk, and then celebrate with lots of fun and prizes at the end!
This hand-timed 5K (3.1 miles) will begin and end in the Coastal Fitness parking lot. Sign up before March 1st and you'll get a "collector's edition" t-shirt. Also, we'll post training tips and mini-challenges on our Coastal Fitness Facebook page starting February 14th. We will also be hosting trainings for walking and running starting at Coastal Fitness each Friday at noon-rain or shine. We are here to help you be ready, whether this is your first 5K or your 2022nd.

Prizes will be awarded in these age categories:
0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
