Description
Register here for the Chapman Swift Fun Run; there’s something to tempt everyone!
A free 1 mile event for kids up to 11 years, then for everyone else, a 5k run around the gently undulating streets of NW Portland and beautiful Wallace Park, starting and ending at Chapman School, to watch the world famous Vaux Swifts disappear into the chimney, avoiding the hawks we hope.
The Run t-shirts are rather special! They have wings to turn you into a Swift! Pick up your race packet at Chapman School from 3:30 pm on Saturday, September 26th and customize your wings! If you don’t have time, we will have an art table set up so you can decorate them before you run to give yourself that extra edge over the competition!
