Each team must maintain an 18 minute per mile pace and complete the course in ten hours.

Each team is required to provide one volunteer to work a 4 hour shift or pay $75 to "Hire A Volunteer". You'll have the option of hiring a volunteer at checkout or providing your volunteer closer to the event. The Volunteer requirement is waived if all of your team is greater than 100 miles from the starting line.

Walk The Line is the first in our One Day Relay series geared solely for walkers. Enjoy this incredible 6 leg course covering 33 miles along the gorgeous and historic Banks-Vernonia State Trail and rural Washington County. Team sizes will consist of 1, 2 or 3 walkers.

The Banks-Vernonia Trail, Oregon's first rail-to-trail is a multi-use trail paved over a decades-old train bed. Get ready to be impressed by the beauty of this course. The tree-lined paved trail takes you through gorgeous meadows and across crystal clear streams. You'll cross no less than twelve historical bridges, some on wooden trestles. Centrally located merely 26 miles west of Portland, the quiet, natural beauty of this course will surprise and delight you.
