V Foundation 5K Erie

A 5K run will be held September 24th at Presque Isle in Erie PA to support the V Foundation for cancer research.  Founded in 1993 by Jim Valvano and ESPN, The V Foundation has awarded more than $150 million to more than 120 facilities nationwide and proudly awards 100% of direct cash donations to cancer research and related programs. Since 2006 the brothers of Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc. have dedicated countless hours to their partnership with The V Foundation for Cancer Research. With over 120 chapters involved in fundraising, Delta Chi has raised more than $950,000 for the Foundation. On September 24th 2016, the brothers of the Penn State Behrend Chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity will be hosting a 5K along Presque Isle in Erie PA to help this great cause.
