Greencastle Flyers Sprint Academy

The Sprint Academy will focus on the technical aspect of running/sprinting including work on all 3 phases (Drive, Transition, and Float).  

While, the focus is Sprint Technique, attending this academy WILL help any athlete get faster for any sport they do.

Camp Director / Coach Alex Ramos 

Coach Ramos was a sprinter at Shippensburg University.  He was All-PSAC 3/4 years and a part of 2 PSAC Championship teams.  As an athlete Coach Ramos' Personal Records are 10.84 fat in the 100 meter dash and 22.32 FAT in the 200 Meter dash.   As a High School coach, he has coached the Sprints for 16 years and Horizontal jumps for 2 years at Chambersburg, Biglerville and Greencastle HS's.  During that time, He has coached 3 state runner ups, 6, State Medalist, 10 District Champions and a dozen of his athletes have broken school records!  He has a passion for working with young men and women in athletics.
